Storm debris and old demo material cleared fast near Lake Cherokee
After a heavy stretch of rain, a homeowner near Lake Cherokee had a backyard packed with broken limbs, soaked drywall, and a pile of old framing from a repair job. The ground stayed soft, and every wheel rut wanted to sink. I remember the smell of wet wood and mulch when we pulled up, plus the tight side access that left no room to waste a move. We had to keep the driveway clean, protect the pavers, and get the debris out before it started drawing pests and slowing the rest of the work.
We set a roll-off where the truck could reach safely, then laid boards to spread the weight and keep the surface from getting chewed up. Our crew loaded the heavy stuff first, then the lighter storm debris so the box stayed balanced and easy to haul. We kept an eye on the soft spots and worked around the narrow access without scraping fences or landscaping. By the time we left, the yard looked workable again, and the homeowner could get back to repairs without tripping over a mess.
I didn’t think that pile would clear so clean, but your crew made it look easy.
